This morning saw the rename of the third Hobbit movie, from the previously unofficial There and Back Again to the official The Battle of the Five Armies. I think it is a bad name, it sounds very video game while the original name sounds poetic and very LOTR. It got me thinking of the Harry Potter books, some of them badly named themselves (remember when the last book's title was revealed to be The Deathly Hallows, everyone was like, WHAT HALLOWS?).
To your surprise, the common things LOTR and HP series share do not stop at bad titles, they actually share some of the characters... OK, kidding, they don't, but some of them do look like they were born from the same parents. Here's the proof.
